
Cambridge loses 3-2 in OT to Stratford; winless in playoff series

CAMBRIDGE – Stratford jumped out to a 2-0 lead in their best-of-seven series with a 3-2 overtime win against Cambridge at Galt Arena Gardens Wednesday night.
Goaltending was on showcase last night as the cullitons’ Evan Groenestege and the Winter Hawks’ Jeff Flagler saw shots of 51 and 54 respectively.
Brett Priestap and David Grant scored goals for Cambridge while Brendan Nicholson, Craig Dalrymple and Steve McParland lit the lamp for Stratford.
